Licensed Home Care Agency is looking for a reliable Home Care Scheduling Coordinator. This person will serve as a scheduler and customer service representative for the employees and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating placement of caregivers to clients
- Documenting communication with caregivers and clients
- Schedule care for all patients
Requirements:
- Bilingual English & Spanish or Bilingual English & Creole
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Proficient computer skills
- HHAeXchange Experienc
