Job description

Integral Rehab is looking for caring and professional Physical Therapists for patients in the home health setting.

Coverage Areas needed:

West / South LA (including Inglewood, Hawthorne, Gardena), South Bay (Beach cities, Torrance, Lomita, Carson, Harbor City), San Pedro/RPV, Long Beach (including South Gate, Lynwood, Compton, Downey Paramount, Lakewood, Cerritos, Cypress, Los Alamitos) areas

Job Responsibilities:

To develop and provide the plan of care for physical therapy services. This may include, but, not limited to:

• Conducting evaluations, re-assessments (as needed), co-signing, and discharges
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid California PT license
• Home Health experience preferred
