O3 Home Solar is looking for a TOP sales professional to join our highly successful in home sales team, serving the greater DFW market. We are a part of O3 Energy Corp., an award winning residential/commercial Solar developer and installer based in Dallas, Texas and a recognized leader in the Solar industry for 12 years.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

THE ROLE

Solar Expert Sales Consultants visit customers in their homes to educate them on how Solar works, evaluate if they are a good candidate, and demonstrate how converting to solar will immediately benefit them. Our executive sales model is designed to have you doing what you do best...meeting with potential customers and completing the sales process. The O3 team does the rest.

Requirements:

• 2+ years successful in-home solar or outside sales experience.
• A proven track record of closing sales.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
• A strong desire to excel with an uncapped earning potential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently from home and in the field.

Salary Range: $100,000-$200,000 (commission)
