Picnic was founded in Summer 2022 - a grab and go sandwich, ice cream, candy and fudge shop for Leland, MI with everything you need for your next Picnic. From baskets, to blankets, charcuterie boards to guac and chips, we offer an easy, friendly and delicious option for vacationers and year rounders alike.

Our team is creative, engaged, collaborative and committed. We want our team to feel supported, engaged and energized to enable our customers to feel that same warmth and love when they walk in the door.

Pay - $15-$17/ hour + Tips

Team members are the first face our customers see when they walk into Picnic. We are seeking friendly, engaging and kind people to help customers navigate the shop. Ideal candidates will have a love for retail, an openness to assist our Food Prep Manager with sandwich/salad prep in the mornings, scooping ice cream, handling fudge, restocking shelves and keeping a tidy, amazing looking grab and go experience.

As the season slows, and our hours at the shop are cut back, we will be looking for hourly workers Thursday-Sundays, however in September and October, we hope to be open 5-6 days a week (closed on Tuesdays currently).

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with Prep of Sandwiches and Salads for cold case
• Work POS systems (Clover) - training provided
• Restocking mechandise
• Cleaning outdoor and indoor customer areas throughout the day
• Scooping ice cream, serving fudge, bagging candy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
