In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle administration in a manufacturing environment. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant HR generalist experience.
- Working knowledge of HR-related legislation, best practices, processes, programs and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP HR management system.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics: leaves, benefits, payroll, performance management, etc.
- Administer benefits programs.
- Manage payroll and timekeeping administration.
- Recruit, interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
