Matzinger Institute of Healing (MIH) is a Henderson, Nevada based medical practice established with the goal of revolutionizing health care around the globe. MIH delivers Total Body Wellness care with a Membrane and Metabolic approach.

In our search for the IDEAL Hydro Colon Therapist, key traits include: an outgoing, "can do" attitude; always representing MIH in a professional, pleasant, and supportive manner; capacity to work in a fast-paced environment; extremely detail-oriented with the ability to perform at optimum in the “patient-first” culture of Matzinger Institute of Healing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform clinical and administrative duties under medical direction/standing orders for conducting colon hydrotherapy sessions

• Assist other medical staff when required

• Discuss/record current health conditions with patients

• Interview patients to identify any contraindications to the procedure

• Record medical histories

• Maintain accurate patient files

• Prepare equipment and patients for the procedure

• Monitor/review the procedure with the patient, answering any questions

• Sanitize and disinfect the equipment/restroom post treatment

• Keep up to date supply inventory records

• Collaborate with physician and team on patient care

• Attend regularly scheduled office meetings/educational seminars

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years as a nurse or medical assistant

• Knowledge of IV therapy a plus

• Phlebotomy a plus

• Cleaning and sanitizing of product/room

• Understanding of HIPAA Compliance
