We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team!

Essential Duties:

  • Prepare equipment, parts, and materials for the painting process, including masking, sanding, buffing, and prepping.
  • Clean and maintain painting and spray gun equipment including nozzle and other machinery.
  • Check product for flaws, bubbles, or imperfections

Special Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Experience with various paint spray equipment and 90 DA Sanders.
  • Overhead crane and heavy equipment experience a plus.
  • Able to receive and retain instructions in a productive manner; ability to prioritize; keep multiple projects and tasks on schedule
  • Team player who takes pride in a clean work area.

Work Environment: Inside manufacturing building; non-uniformly heated or air-conditioned. Exposed to dust, oil, grime, fumes, industrial lubricants, grinding, and welding debris. The noise level is moderate and may require hearing protection. Eye protection and other PPE required, i.e. safety shoes.

Physical Requirements: Manual agility, strength, endurance, flexibility, and the ability to see details at close range. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. The average level of physical exertion is medium. Required to bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, and climb ladders both caged and uncaged, as well as stairs and other equipment. Required to stand and walk for long periods of time.
