Position Summary
Responsibilities of this key role include building rapport with customers and leads, upselling, and kindly walking them through the fulfillment process. This position will be based in our corporate office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

- Sales Experience, cold calling, campaigning, marketing, business development, or any transferable skills and experience is strongly preferred

Job Duties:
- Acquire, retain, and develop industry knowledge
- Serve as a consultant and understand our customer's needs
- Provide beneficial product knowledge to our potential Security and Solar customers
- Support marketing campaigns and leads
- Build rapport with prospects and existing homeowners and earn appointments for free consultations with Titanium Solar Closers
- Build rapport with homeowners, earn appointments and walk them through the fulfillment process for Smart Home Security customers
- Be at service with interpersonal skills and professionalism while providing exceptional customer service
- Meet your weekly sales and appointment-set quotas
- Negotiate, upsell, and close deals using innovative sales techniques and discounts
- Outbound calling to current customers for upgrades (commission per upgrade)
- Master lead generation
- Outbound calling for referrals (commission for each referral)
- Follow-up calls to California residents (commissions per deal closed)
- Setting up energy savings appointments for closers (commissions for each deal closed and installed)

Our Inside Sales representatives have the potential to earn $100,000.00 - 400,000.00 with uncapped commission earnings in their first year.
