Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales programs to drive revenue growth for our services department
  • Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the services team to understand and promote our offerings
  • Lead the execution of sales campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with the CS marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Provide timely and accurate sales pipeline forecasts and reports to management
  • Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and market changes
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and develop new business leads

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in an inside sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges are guidelines and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out below, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.

OTE Pay Range

For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

On Target Earnings: $58.46 - 80.38 per hour

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), New York (excludes NYC Metro Area), and all other states.

On Target Earnings: $50.00 - 68.75 per hour
