JOB DESCRIPTION:Major responsibilities of the Intake/Data Specialist include but are not limited to: reviewing referrals and completing initial assessments for program eligibility & services requested for homeless Veterans. Other tasks will revolve around data entry, establishing a rapport with clients & community partners and compiling and generating reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates must have at minimum, a high school diploma. Knowledge of community resources and at least 6 months experience working with the homeless population, veterans, and/or individuals with disabilities is also required. Experience working in the HMIS system preferred.
