ISG Technology Execution Support Lead (Hybrid)
Job description
The IT Project Sr Tech Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
Key Activities include:
- Drive the development of reporting and presentation materials to key stakeholders including regulators and senior internal clients
- Understand ambiguous problems and quickly develop compelling presentations and meeting materials that will move people to action
- Synthesize clear takeaways from complex meetings with senior stakeholders
- Drive development, analysis and publication of quality management information to support the team
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
- Support departmental activities and administrative matters with cross-functional partners with respect to routine and ad hoc initiatives and requests. Drive strong partnerships, high quality deliverables, and seamless engagement, co-ordination and communication on behalf of ICG technology
- Partner, collaborate and work with other areas within Citi, as necessary, to come up with the best solutions/decisions
- Additional duties as assigned, such as:
- Establish process documentation, guidance and organize additional training as required
- Prepare stakeholder reporting

- Ability to understand risk-reward, provide diplomatic challenge to stakeholders, and escalate issues when appropriate
- Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities to deliver high quality and timely work
- Comfort navigating complex, highly-matrixed organizations
- Comfortable acting as an agent for positive change with agility and flexibility
- Subject matter expertise in area of focus
