Genus's Global IT Department is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to focus on custom application development in
Genus ABS and
PIC.
Your global team works agilely to execute developments and realise value. The role is responsible for identifying business and customer requirements, designing, building/enhancing and delivering custom applications.
Although it is advantageous to live close the ABS Global Head Quarters in DeForest, Wisconsin, the role of Business Analyst allows you to work remotely in the US or a compatible timezone.
- Work closely with business users to elicit and understand business requirements
- Define features based on customer requirements and to work closely with the team to breakdown into user stories
- Create user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Prioritise features and user stories to meet the needs of the business
- Support and facilitate Agile practices and encourage the improvement of service
- Mentor IT team members and the broader business, providing business analysis guidance, training and mentoring as required
- Research and implement best practice business analysis techniques
- Champion the culture of business analysis with the Genus organisation
- Proven experience in:
- At least two years in the same or similar job role ideally in FCMG, Manufacturing and Production
- Agile working environment
- Design Thinking methodology
- Good general knowledge of current and future IT technology with the ability to apply this knowledge and propose appropriate solutions for Genus
- Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
