About the role: We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic and driven team. The Junior Product Manager will play a key role in assisting in the development and launch of new products and features. This role will require deep product knowledge and the ability to work in an agile environment with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to help meet product requirements
• Work regularly with the product team to review and update product-focused tickets
• Assist with testing and quality assurance of new feature and functionality releases
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions
• Work closely with the product team to assist in developing product roadmaps and ensure they are aligned with the overall strategy and vision
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product progress and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Management, Computer science, Engineering)
• 1-2 years of experience in product/project management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and experience collecting data from multiple sources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in an agile environment
• Passion for innovation and creating impactful solutions for customers
• A general understanding of service industry operations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
