Responsibilities:

• Manage people and make strategic decisions while remaining compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Direct the operations of the firm, delegation of tasks and responsibilities to employees based on their skills and abilities.
• Direct the development of new products or services based on research and analysis of business strategy.
• Maintain an overview of market-share, competitors’ activities, industry trends, competitors’ ideas, employees’ performance etc. to make business decisions.
• Invest in company assets to ensure its growth.
• Manage resources like money, materials and human capital to maximize profits.
• Drive the strategic direction of the company by making informed decisions.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
