Responsibilities:
- Manage people and make strategic decisions while remaining compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Direct the operations of the firm, delegation of tasks and responsibilities to employees based on their skills and abilities.
- Direct the development of new products or services based on research and analysis of business strategy.
- Maintain an overview of market-share, competitors’ activities, industry trends, competitors’ ideas, employees’ performance etc. to make business decisions.
- Invest in company assets to ensure its growth.
- Manage resources like money, materials and human capital to maximize profits.
