At Milosi, we are looking for a Landscape Designer with a keen eye for detail and excellent planning/organizational skills to join our company. The Landscape Designer's responsibilities will include drawing up landscape and pool plans using CAD software, site surveyance, client liaison, writing and analyzing reports, drawing up contracts, and working collaboratively with others to ensure the best quality completion of each project.

To help us take things to the next level we are seeking someone who enjoys and understands the merging of art and science into a display of beauty that melds the buildings and technology with nature, providing our high-end clients with outdoor entertainment, hardscaping, luxury pools and more.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is creative and resourceful to fulfill customer needs and is highly skilled in presenting proposed plans and ideas. You must also possess a strong analytical mind with the creativity to come up with new ideas and designs. Ideally, you will have previous experience in an environment with high-end and luxury clients.

As well as this the following are required;

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Design/Architecture or similar
• 3+ years of experience as a Landscape Designer
• 2+ years of experience working on residential projects
• Practical experience with CAD software (3+ years)
• Good creative flair and imagination
• Extensive knowledge of developing and implementing planting, grading and lighting plans
• Detailed knowledge of local plant identification, specification and growth habits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, builders, engineers and landscapers to explain project goals, delegating duties to ensure project completion within the deadline and budget
• Prepare site plans, specifications and estimates
• Creating and selling high-end landscape and pool designs to meet client needs
• Use CAD to develop a graphic representation of the project
• Develop vendor relationships to achieve pricing goals
• Select materials based on client desire, budget and climate parameters
• Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to the final plan
• Research and analyze environmental reports on land conditions
• Ensure all necessary permits are researched and obtained

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
