Jeff's Outdoor Services, Inc. located in Pine City has been designing and installing residential and commercial landscapes in the Pine City area for the past 25+ years. We are growing and seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. Position is year-round, with snow and ice maintenance work during the winter months.

What this position looks like:

Typical work weeks are Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. Hours average 40-50 hours per week, Mother Nature has a lot to do with our scheduling. Pay is depending on experience and we pay overtime after 40 hours. Some of the projects you will be leading will be:

Shoreline Restoration

Retaining Walls

Boulder Walls

Paver Patios

Fire Pits

Walkways

This position REQUIRES:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Landscape industry

Minimum of 2 years as a landscape lead or foreman

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (Must be coverable by our insurance)

Ability to secure a DOT health card prior to employment

Ability to safely and efficiently operate a bobcat

Skills should include:

Capable of reading and interpreting landscape plans

Lift 75-100 lbs. repeatedly during the shift

Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, crouch, reach, stoop, kneel and crawl repeatedly throughout the day

Work outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold (Good old Minnesota!)

Ability to complete paperwork timely (daily tracking forms)

Oversee and coordinate landscape jobs
