Job description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily scheduling of landscape installation crews
• Oversight and management of all installation and construction projects including: Tree/shrub installations, hardscape construction, water feature construction & repair, installation & preparation of new planting areas, site excavation/preparation
• Training and mentoring crew members
• Procuring plant and other job material
• Managing project budgets
• Sourcing, bidding/estimating new work
• Interacting with clients, job superintendents, and sub-contractors
• Working collaboratively with Maintenance division to ensure client needs are met across all divisions of the company
• Working directly with company leadership on sales, production, and quality goals

Basic Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of irrigation / landscape methodologies, plans, details, and specifications for turn-key project estimating
• Plant identification and characteristic knowledge
• Familiarity with skid loaders, mini-excavators, and other small equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to be on-time and consistent
• Proficient with basic computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Conversational Spanish helpful but not required
• Driver's license required

Eligibility Requirements:

• 5+ years industry and management experience preferred
• Pay based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
