Leo Landscape in Brighton Co is looking for one landscaping sales estimator lead to join our person strong team. We are located on 12505 WCR 2 Brighton CO .Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Work as part of the Leo Landscape team to develop and implement a sales plan. This plan will include objectives for targeting sales in new regions, Weld County, and for expanding sales within our existing service regions and customer base. Increase brand and company recognition by participating in community and business networking events. Increase sales volume for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

*Performs all aspects of the bidding process including material takeoffs, soliciting subcontractor quotes, material quotes, finalizing specialty material orders, and proposal generation *Reports directly to the senior project estimator to ensure thoroughness and accuracy of all estimates *Work in tandem with the landscape architects/designers, senior estimator, and construction manager to accurately price out all aspects of construction * · Maintain communication with Design and Construction departments to ensure proposals are submitted on time and with accurate budgets *Calculating installation costs for: demolition, grading, hardscape, outdoor living, drainage, irrigation, soil amendments, planting, fencing, lighting, and many more

Skills:

Required:

*Detail oriented, thorough, and precise in planning and executing job responsibilities *Ability to accurately read and interpret project plans and details of varying levels of complexity *Ability to creatively and professionally problem solve individually and collectively *Ability to organize and achieve multiple deadlines at one time and handle frequent interruptions *Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply necessary corrections in a timely manner *Dependable and reliable *Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and listening skills *Understanding of local best construction practices *Valid Colorado Driver’s License and Clean MVR

Preferred Skills:

*Bachelor’s degree in related construction program *Proficiency in industry specific bidding software *Proficiency in AutoCAD *Previous experience with high-end residential landscape construction is a plus *Experience in construction, project management, or purchasing is a plus *2 years’ experience in landscape or construction estimating
