WHAT YOU’LL DO // ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Take full ownership of food preparation and execution using established production procedures and systems.

• Comply with established sanitation standards, food safety standards and procedures, personal hygiene and health standards.

• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved.

• Maintains daily production records.

Job Type: Full-time
