We are looking for loan processors to add to the team here at Torro funding. Duties of the role include providing support to the team with assisting in research and assisting our loan and underwriting team needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and Google Suite. We're looking for computer and problem solving skills; financial experience a plus! A successful processor will contribute to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of working with financial and credit reports to determin considerations. Candidates that have experience with any finance and lending will be a great asset!

Responsibilities include the following, which are subject to change with the needs of our business:

• Support the needs of our business funding brokers and underwriters
• Populating agreements with speed and accuracy
• Entering and verifying data for businesses seeking funding
• Research and conduct due diligence on verifying business owner research
• Reviewing the company's submittals to decision/consider next step options

Skills

• Industry experience in business funding a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools (Mail, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Willingness to take challenges head-on and adapt to the needs of the business

Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday

Pay: $20/hour

Location: in office|1429 Walnut St STE 1300, Philadelphia, PA 19102

*Must submit and successfully pass a background check and have computer accessability to work from home after 1st month of inoffice training.
