Schneider is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our thriving team! The Logistics Analyst will perform operational functions and prepare operational analyses of services, projects, or general business initiatives in order to provide value added information to internal and external customer to allow for better decision making. The Analyst will maintain databases, extract information, and develop metrics to measure and improve overall performance as well as analyze operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates, and root causes.

About the role:

  • Analyze the financial impact of changes in routing, mode, equipment, carrier, sourcing, parts, packaging, volume and/or product mix.
  • Assign freight in accordance with the supply chain strategy to maximize cost savings, customer satisfaction, and service provider capacity.
  • Provide analytical business support to account teams and customers.
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience. Less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
