Job Summary:

Titanova, Inc., is looking for a Machine Operator to join our team. The potential candidate will receive on the job training and gain experience in safely operating Class IV lasers coupled to 6-axis robots. This is a full-time position located in Saint Charles, MO. Working hours will be 7:00 am- 3:00 pm Monday-Friday, with a possibility to move to second shift from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm. The potential candidate must have flexibility in their work schedule and be available to work either 1st or 2nd shift when needed. Salary starts at $18/hr. plus benefits.

Responsibilities

Typical job duties include, but not limited to the following:

· Performing production jobs including both Manual and Automated

· Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process

· Perform periodic checks on equipment

· Organize and clean the dock area, storage areas, storage racks and outside areas

· Adheres to ISO quality and safety standards

· Be willing to help in other departments/ areas when needed

Requirements

· Dependability and reliability, great attendance and punctuality are a must

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to lift at least 70 LBS

· Frequent bending and reaching

· Organizational skills

· Ability to read and carry out instructions.

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in facility that is not temperature controlled

· At least a high school diploma or equivalent

· Must have a valid driver's license

· A background check will be performed

· Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics is a plus

· Flexible availability
