Girodisc is a privately-owned 19-year old company that designs, manufactures, markets and distributes two-piece brake rotors for a wide range of performance and racing vehicles worldwide.
We got our start manufacturing brake components for Ferraris and have expanded to most all high- performance vehicles, from Evos and Porsches to Mustangs and McLarens.

Requirements
Demonstrates exceptional follow through with attention to detail and will complete the job correctly the first time
Able to work autonomously with adequate direction
Excellent communication skills
Works well with others, punctual and follows instructions.
Willingness to cross-train
Demonstrates continuous process improvement and current manufacturing practices. 5S and/or lean a plus
Experience/skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in production machining required
Mastercam programming experience highly recommended
Familiar with Haas and Fanuc controls
Proficient with set-ups and change overs
Perform visual inspections as well as dimensional inspection of parts to drawing specifications
Assure adequate deburr / cleanliness of parts
Clean machines as needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet all day
Other related duties as required / directed
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented production machinist to work with our team in the setup, operation and maintenance of our CNC machines and related equipment. Duties would include setting up for a prototype or production run of parts, operating the CNC machines to complete a production run, inspecting, and measuring the machined parts and general maintenance/cleanliness of the machine shop.

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
