Education & Qualifications: Experience in auto mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plumbing is required. Experience in HVAC and industrial mechanics with moving machinery is preferred. Must be able to troubleshoot problems, lift 75 pounds and work from upright, kneeling and prone positions. Must be comfortable using computers. Required to provide own tools to perform essential job duties.

Essential Functions:

• Schedule and perform routine maintenance on production equipment which includes, but not limited to: vacuum packaging machine, portion cup packaging machine, meat & cheese slicers, mixers, and commercial dishwasher.

• Schedule and perform routine maintenance on company sales & delivery vehicles which includes, but not limited to: oil changes, tire rotation, refrigeration units, and cleaning of vehicles.

• Schedule and perform routine maintenance in the facility which includes, but not limited to: HVAC units, refrigeration units, lighting, restroom and fixtures, hydraulic dock, sinks, grease traps.

• Respond to correct equipment failures when they occur.

• Function as Lead person and point of contact for all routine and emergency maintenance that is scheduled with another company.

• Complete and maintain documentation for work performed.

• Maintain all service, maintenance, and inspection records.
