Conversion & Optimization Manager, Sports Illustrated Sportsbook

As a Conversion & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the funnel, performing analysis to identify opportunities to acquire new users, and developing new acquisition marketing campaigns and promotions to build the current user base. You will excel at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement and conversion. This will be a highly visible role in supporting acquisition efforts for both Sports Illustrated Sportsbook and Casino.

Responsibilities include:

Funnel optimization

  • Develop and lead the optimization plan to improve user flow: registration forms, deposit process, etc.
  • Design and execute A/B testing to deliver results to improve conversion in each of the funnel stages.

Analysis

  • Monitor and measure funnel performance
  • Identify online patterns and leverage those to improve acquisition performance
  • Ensure consistent tracking, tagging, analysis, segmentation, and reporting of core user KPIs.

Improving user experience

  • Enhance the user experience through funnel optimization, based on user’s insights & data; optimize the player journey (by conducting relevant A/B testing) in terms of messages, offers & UX in the different marketing channels funnels.
  • Lead conversion & UX projects. Work closely with web development, design teams and product teams on flow improvements such as new marketing messages, new features, new promotions, etc.
  • Seek new technologies and tools & identify new trends to increase engagement with the users and conversion.

Job Requierments

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an online business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Analytical field (or other relevant field) preferred
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape
  • Metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
  • Strong understanding of marketing, testing, and reporting methodology
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business and culture of sports and gaming preferred


Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Product marketing experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience working with internationals across different time zones
