We’re seeking someone to lead our award-winning marketing team at TH Media, home of the Telegraph Herald – Iowa’s 2022 Newspaper of the Year!

The Marketing Manager leads the financial performance of TH Media events and contests, the promotion of TH Media brands, and internal communication of TH Media initiatives. This includes:

• Development and implementation of promotional efforts to meet TH Media goals and objectives through social media, digital platforms, and traditional media.
• Development and generation of marketing revenue through events, consumer travel program, contests … and fun things YOU come up with!
• Development of sales materials and promotional activities to support advertising, audience development and editorial departments.
• The Marketing Manager works efficiently and effectively with staff, customers, community leaders and vendors.

The qualified candidate is skilled in sales, marketing, leadership, management and organization, with a minimum of five years of experience in advertising, marketing and/or business. Excellent interpersonal and comprehensive communications skills required to be successful in this position.

Local travel, a good driving record and willingness to drive a personal vehicle for business is required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
