JOB SUMMARY

Create and publish marketing assets for customer education and sales promotion, build and maintain Top Notch’s Product Imagery library, create and deploy emails to Top Notch’s internal email lists.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Obtain, edit and load product images into Product Database.
• Track & maintain Marketing product inventories.
• Fulfill customer and sales team requests for marketing materials and promotional giveaways.
• Analyze promotion program effectiveness through sales database. Produce timely promotional updates. Assist and advise on other sales/marketing analytical projects.
• Audit customer databases to maintain accurate and current information.
• Research, create and analyze information for marketing communications and publication.
• Create, produce and deploy social media postings on all major social platforms.
• Organize and maintain a central repository for all marketing/promotional collateral.
• Review & update Marketing Department and Manufacturer assets on Top Notch Distributors website to ensure all items are accurate and up-to-date.
• Attend and manage presentations at industry trade shows, travel as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of graphic design and associated applications (PhotoShop/Illustrator/InDesign) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge.
• Experience with Email Marketing Platforms (Constant Contact or similar) is required.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytic, etc.)
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing-related field or equivalent professional qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
