This is a full-time, on-site position.

Essential Functions

• Manufacturing automation and process development
• Manufacturing process implementation
• Assist with mechanical product development vis SolidWorks 3D modeling and AutoCAD
• Assist with facility operations, such as running pneumatic lines and setting up equipment
• Change control of 3D models and technical drawings using the CCO system
• Assist with design of R&D and manufacturing fixtures using SolidWorks 3D and AutoCad
• Entry of GMP materials into the ASM database and placement of materials into appropriate areas
• Utilize and maintain 3D printers
• Utilize and maintain UV printers
• Operate Vapor Phase Oven, DEK Printer, Siplace, and ASM equipment

Competencies

• Must be a versatile, self-starter
• Must be detail-oriented
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Problem-solving/Analysis
• Experience with one or more SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or CCO system

• Matlab experience

Required Education and Experience

• BSc. or MSc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Internship or related engineering work experience preferred
• Or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Physical Demands

• An ability to lift 50 lbs
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Fine motor skills are required.
