Full Job Description:
As a Simba 7 Media Sales Associate, you will initially be closing new business’s on an information and strategy meeting appointment, teeing them up for a Closer. Eventually, you will be able to do the closings as well. You must uphold a strong work ethic, professionalism, and punctuality, as well as have great oral and written communication skills. This is key in delivering the end-goal objective of effectively coordinating all aspects of the sale from start to finish. Media Sales Associates must diligently work at correcting and/or updating contact information within the database they will be working in. Daily reports are required to be pulled and sent to admin at the end of each day by 5:30 pm Central Time.
The onboarding process takes a couple of days and will include an initial training & coaching session. Support and additional training will be available and ongoing.

Qualifications:
- You DO NOT have to have a college degree.
- You must be fluent and articulate in English, with adequate oral and written communication skills.
- Being bilingual is a plus but not required or preferred.
- Prior sales and/or marketing or related experience is a must.
- Phone sales and appointment setting experience is a major plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- This opportunity involves making high-volume phone calls via an auto-dialing phone system with fully automated text, email, and Voicemail.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Gmail, Google Drive, Web-based CRM platforms, etc., is crucial, and keeping up with spreadsheets and various Google or Microsoft documents will be a daily part of the services you provide for us.
- You need to be computer savvy with some typing ability.

Compensation for Your Services:*
A media agent is compensated in three ways:
- Appointments pay $10 for every appointment that shows on the first appointment set. An additional $200 for every 20 shows in a month. The potential client must show up to the initial appointment to qualify for appointment show compensation.
Media Package Commission Rate Matrix:
- $1000 – $2500 = 20% ($500 Max)
- $2501 – $5000 = 15% ($750 Max)
- $5001 – $7500 = 12% ($900 Max)
Residual Commission Rate Matrix:
- $1000 – $5000 = 7% ($70 – $350 Max)
- $5001 – $7500 = 5% ($375 Max)
