Job Summary: Responsible for providing members with efficient, accurate, and friendly services, while promoting other products and services.
Essential Functions:

• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous service to our members in processing transactions efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of all member information and verify member ID according to CIP procedures.
• Follow all branch opening and closing procedures.
• Follow check acceptance procedures and ensure checks balance through Check 21 machine.
• Process night drop and mail according to procedures.
• Process draft and ACH stop pays and any fraud documents as needed.
• Maintain a drawer within Balancing Guidelines.
• Recognize opportunities and take initiative to cross-sell products and services.

Required: Customer service and cash handling experience is required. This can include experience in a restaurant or retail environment. Individual must possess strong abstract reasoning and problem solving skills. Individual must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Individual must possess strong math skills in order to effectively handle cash.
Preferred Experience: Experience, knowledge and training in retail branch operations activities, terminology, and products and services relating to retail banking, credit unions, check cashing and/or lending institutions.
