As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide on-going assessments, crisis intervention techniques, individual therapy, group therapy, develop and monitor service plans, monitor treatment progress, document interactions, and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental health and/or substance use disorders . Duties include coordinating with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to our clients and collaborate with peers and psychiatrists regarding treatment. This position is based at the Garcia House, a residential substance use disorder treatment location.

• Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Human Services field from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural. Current professional license in appropriate discipline, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CAS, or LAC.

The typical hiring range is based on relevant qualifications and experience and a 40 hour work week:

Unlicensed Therapist - $22.59/hour to $27.68/hour

Licensed Therapist - $25.46/hour to $31.82/hour

Note these rates do not reflect the +20% pay differentials earned by employees working at the Garcia House location. Employees may also be eligible for additional pay based on evening, night, weekend or holiday work.
