Bridgeport Family Medicine is seeking LPC Associates in Oregon to join our practice in Tigard. Bridgeport Family Medicine is a locally owned private medical practice that is actively expanding the mental health department of the clinic. As there is a growing need for therapists throughout the country, our goal is to integrate both the medical and mental health departments together to make coordination of care easy and effective for clients. With a private practice environment, you will get the independence to bring any and all evidence based interventions to the session, and collaborate with a staff of therapists, medical doctors, and physicians to ensure that our clients receive the best care possible. Our clinic currently works with individuals who have symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD.

The position is fully remote, and requires clinicians to maintain a caseload of about 25-30 clients a week. There is currently a waitlist, and can get you onboarded with a full caseload within your first week of work.

Applicants must be therapists with a current Associates license to practice therapy in the State of Oregon.

Essential functions:

  • Maintain number of sessions per week and complete documentation within 24 hours of session.
  • Participate in all staff meetings, and provider meetings to discuss care coordination and case consultations.
  • Provide evidence based therapy focused on attending to the needs of the client (CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, Person-centered, Narrative, etc.)
  • Maintain licensure and adhere to all Oregon state and national board certification requirements
  • Comply and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in an appropriate field (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • LPC associate license (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years providing therapy in a mental health setting
  • License to practice in the state of Oregon (LPC Associate)
  • Experience treating mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD
  • Willing to collaborate with an incredible medical staff, and coordinate care with physicians to provide the best care possible for clients
  • Experience in clinical documentation, including professional and competent documenting of progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
