I am looking for a qualified candidate for the position of custodial supervisor to clean and supervise at government facility. All shifts available.

The ideal candidate must have great communication, and management skills. Must be able to speak English and Spanish.

The duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping of floors, dusting, restroom servicing, and trash removal. Experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, be able to lift 20lbs. The work is done within a Government Facility so professionalism is a must.

• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
• Management experience required
• Must be able to take direction and criticism from client
• Must be able to communicate professionally in-person and via email
• Ability to seek out the right people for resources, help or advice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a bonus

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Miami, FL 33125: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Management: 3 years (Required)
• Janitorial: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish and English (Required)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
