Job Role: Mobile Device Management

Location: Brea, CA (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Description - External

1. Direct experience with Zimperium is highly preferred

2. Excellent understanding of IOS and Android mobile operating systems and mobile device security capabilities

3. Proficiency with deploying and maintaining mobile protection solutions in complex, global enterprise environments.

4. Ability to use API’s to extract data from Zimperium for monitoring and metrics data collection

5. Identify and communicate recommendations to stabilize and mature the process for the mobile device protection environment

6. Experience leading virtual teams to resolve issues with cross functional teams, vendors and internal customers

7. Work with vendors to understand their product roadmaps and align the mobile device protection strategy with the availability of new features

8. Fundamental understanding of data privacy requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA and the monitoring challenges associated with mobile device protection.

9. Responsible for timely ticket updates regarding assigned service requests, incidents, strategic initiatives, and document management.

10. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to enterprise audiences.

11. Monitor license consumption, and identify utilization and capacity concerns

12. Create and maintain standard operating procedures as required

13. Be willing to work flexible hours to meet the customer requirement

14. Be good team player.
