Night Load Crew position works Monday-Friday, 2:00pm - until all orders are filled. Consistent lifting and loading cases of drinks throughout the night.

• Report to work at schedules time in appropriate attire.
• Accurately build and load product from warehouse for delivery
• After building/loading is complete, restack and condense any partial pallets in the warehouse
• Ensure all product is separated by flavor and package size
• All merchandise returned to the warehouse is to be restocked appropriately
• Remove all trash and debris from inside and outside of warehouse
• Repackage and restock broken or loose merchandise
• Properly sort, stack, wrap, and load Dunnage
• Clean floors with scrubber as required
• Keep floors and walls clean and clear of debris at all times
• Report equipment damages or repairs needed immediately
• Follow all safety practices as instructed
• Load and/or strip trucks of freight and Dunnage
• Receive inbound freight and/or transfer outbound freight using handheld
• Perform other necessary duties as assigned by management.
• Contributing to the improvement of processes-procedures
• Developing skills and knowledge based on current job responsibilities and future desires.

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently
• Must have a valid MS Driver’s license with Clear MVR
• Excellent communication/negotiation skill and a positive attitude
• Team Player
• Ability to transition verbal or written communication / directive to in-store execution
• Sufficient math skills to perform calculations of margins and other sales related functions
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop while performing a variety of physical tasks
• A desire to achieve success
