Canyon Vista Post-Acute is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility and is now hiring FT Occupational Therapist.

Fully COVID vaccinated (preferred)

This position is responsible to the Facility Rehab Director.

OT Job Duties:

• Provides assistants and rehab techs clear directives concerning patients and treatment plans prior to initiation of patient care.
• Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
• Communicates patient status and needs to the patients, family, caregivers, or other members involved with patient care.

Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
