Redefining Home Therapy - Direct Home Therapy combines client satisfaction with therapist satisfaction to deliver ACTUAL results. We are looking for an experienced and passionate occupational therapist to join our growing team!

No corporate quotas or commitments - work the hours that are right for you based on your availability! We are looking for a full-time therapist (20-25+ hours/week), but we offer part-time positions where you can set your hour requirements.
Mentorship - We offer as much mentorship and guidance as you need in the home setting. We are committed to the growth and development of our therapists and provide communication and assistance based on the individual therapist's needs. We are always available as a resource, while still allowing for therapist independence.

Each candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills to maximize functional outcomes in the home setting. Most importantly, Direct Home Therapy was founded on the principle of client satisfaction – each client must be 100% satisfied with their therapist and feel valued, heard, and understood!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes for full, 60-minute sessions
- Provide creative and individualized treatment sessions
- Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations
- Thoroughly complete all documentation via HelloNote
- Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor
Requirements:
- Active NYS License and Registration
- CPR Certifications
- Malpractice Insurance
- At least 2 years of clinical experience (Homecare preferred but not required)
