Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team in an administrative role to improve operations at our current therapy center located in Manassas, VA.

Our team members are expected to ensure our high-quality standards are met, and foster an exceptional work environment. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, in addition to being professional, energetic, organized, and driven. You don't mind wearing different hats and take the initiative to get things done. We will train you on the specific job responsibilities, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. We are looking for a self motivated and talented person who wants to be part of an elite, fast growing organization.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Supporting and understanding Center Operations functions, and working to increase productivity and efficiency

Center Operations functions are as follows:

  • Managing communication with the parents and families enrolled in our program
  • Creating weekly employee schedules
  • Open and close the center
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and hosting center tours
  • Posting job posts, assisting with recruiting new employees
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
  • Answering company phone and redirecting calls, taking messages
  • Managing company voicemails/returning calls
  • Validating the accuracy of center schedules
  • Document management, both for clients and employees (Scan documents and file appropriately).
  • Communicating with the HR team and Director of Operations regarding any staffing needs
  • Maintaining and recognizing staff birthdays
  • Organizing team-building events
  • Schedule and manage maintenance contractors (e.g. HVAC, cleaning services, pest control, plumber, etc).
  • Collecting daily co-pays
  • Communicating with billing team regarding late fees and cancellation fees
  • Overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance and integrity of center
  • Device management
  • Monthly Calendar
  • Updating bulletin boards
  • Seasonal Decorating
  • Maintain client waitlist
  • Maintain employee roster
  • Maintain client roster
  • Daily health checks
  • Refill soap,toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
  • Provide staff breaks as needed
  • Answer front door, greet guests
  • Communicating with Director of Operations regarding any staff grievances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
