Description
- Supports and assists operative teams with the daily flow of activities of the operating room (OR) and patient care by cleaning/disinfecting the operating room suites and related areas, transporting patients and equipment, stocking supplies, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Successful performance of this role helps UH provide safe, helpful and courteous care to patients and directly provides safe, helpful and courteous support services to operative teams.
- Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician Certification (Association for Healthcare Environment) preferred.
- CPR training provided on the job.
Qualifications
- High School Equivalent / GED
- OR cleaning/disinfecting experience preferred.
