Multiple shifts available:
8:00am-5:00pm
1:00pm -9:00 pm
- Provide support for ACH processes including troubleshooting file issues and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Follow policies and procedures in order to comply with banking rules and regulations including proper documentation and accurate recordkeeping
- Respond to inquires related to ACH activities from various internal sources while applying sound decision-making techniques and exhibiting necessary follow-through
- Processes ACH windows including balancing and working ACH suspended files
- Back up ACH functions during absences and vacation of team members. Train as a back up to the Ops Analyst
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of related processing/administrative experience
- Previous experience in banking or accounting preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn and use other software programs
- Knowledge of ACH helpful
