The Operations Processing Team is the front line of defense for HealthEquity. We are responsible for processes related to the distribution of documents throughout the company using our Document Management System and handling of physical incoming documents.
We are looking for motivated individuals with the drive to work in a fast-paced print fulfillment environment that will support members both internally and externally. This position is responsible for ensuring the precision, timeliness, and quality of all our fulfillment output as well as assisting lower level operators with mentoring and training as needed. This position typically performs work in a corporate or field location and reports to the Manager of Operations
This role is on-site in our beautiful Draper, UT office.

What you’ll be doing
  • Responsible for accurate collating, folding and insertion of outgoing mail documents with appropriate inserts using specialized high-volume inserter machinery. Audits all completed documents for accuracy prior to feeding through equipment.
  • Creates logs and manages print files. Handles distribution of documents to high volume department printers ensuring documents are accurate and print on correct paper stock. Also ensures documents are sequenced correctly and maintain appropriate print quality.
  • Affixes appropriate postage on domestic and international mail pieces to prepare for delivery according to the United States Postal Service requirements for automation discounts. Assures all U.S.P.S. items are prepared accurately and on time to accompany the production mail daily.
  • Assists with regular equipment maintenance including replenishing supplies, logging failures, minor break fixes, assigned preventative maintenance, and in logging and placing service calls for other issues.
  • Follows up with internal members when notices have been on hold or otherwise unapproved beyond established timelines.
  • Follows and enforces department security rules including proper securing of printed checks, safe handling of PHI, and no removal of printed documents without written management authorization.
What you will need to be successful
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years general work experience and at least 1 year of experience in operating specialized fulfillment equipment and supporting processes.
  • A fundamental knowledge of business, math, and English as normally obtained through the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A basic understanding of computer knowledge for data entry is required. Additionally, a proficient understanding of computer programs and the inherent ability to work with a proprietary administrative system is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to handle several tasks in a timely and effective manner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong member services orientation, good listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of flexible spending account (FSA) benefits, health saving accounts, COBRA and commuter benefits is preferred.
  • The ability to work extra hours and Saturdays as necessary during invoicing/open enrollment periods and for special projects is required.
  • Ability to adapt to the changing demands of business
