This role is primarily responsible for reviewing and accurately entering purchase orders into our database. In this role, you will work closely with sales, manufacturing, and shipping to ensure accuracy of purchase orders, availability of product and timely processing.

As an Order Entry Specialist, Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Order entry in a fast-paced environment
• Translate customer requests quickly, efficiently, and accurately
• Support field representatives through communication of information and quotes
• Keep customers informed on order and delivery status
• Schedule work orders, deliveries, and special projects
• Process returns and resolve customer issues
• Collaborate to quickly resolve issues
• Contribute positively to office culture
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect to customers and colleagues

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Experience with the Microsoft Suit
• Experience with customer management software is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• An eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented work ethic
• The ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate changing needs

Pay: $20.00 per hour
