POSITION PURPOSE
This is a new role and service line at JBM. The focus of this role will be to support our fulfillment / production capabilities at our Cincinnati site. This role will be responsible for kitting products, hand inserting items into packaging products, operating machinery, performing quality inspections throughout the process, and preparing orders for shipment. You will help build the operation from the ground up while meeting customer demand, and looking for continuous improvement opportunities.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Flexibility around new product line arrival.
- Adapt to different product variations and workflows.
- Cross training on a variety of equipment.
A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE THESE ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assemble, pack, label, and prepare order fulfillment and shipment.
- Review orders and follow through on instruction to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team to produce and meet output goals.
- Adhere to safety and 5s standards.
- Cross training on different machinery and product lines.
- Ensure the completion of all required paperwork.
YOUR KNOW-HOW
- Ability to read and write routine correspondence and work orders.
- Ability to communicate with JBM team members.
- Confidence in basic math calculations including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
- Desire to work and collaborate in a team environment to achieve daily production goals.
MUST HAVES
- Excellent work ethic, a willingness to learn, and demonstrate grit.
- Commitment and drive to be productive at work every day.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills including prioritization and time management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
