Part-Time Security Officer NIght Shift

United Protective Services is looking for a Part-Time Security Officer Rover with overnight availability. $19.00 to $20.00 an hour..

Security Officers must maintain a professional image and always demonstrate excellent customer service.

Job Duties

• Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by the management team.
  
• Knowledge of all local vertical markets, including:

• Retail Sectors
• Hospitality Sectors
• Corporate Sectors
• High-Rise Facilities
• Residential Facilities
• Parking Facilities

• Engage in conflict resolution on site
• Assists client with duties as assigned.
• Aids in maintaining an orderly workplace.
• Trains new personnel on the proper procedures and policies under the direction of management.
• Makes decisions regarding the safety & security of the site with the aid of United Protective Services post orders.
• Maintains daily activity logs in accordance to post orders.
• Creates incident reports for unique incidents on site.
• Observes and report all suspicious activity per post orders.
• Ensures all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during, and after each shift.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outside in the elements.
• Additional job duties may be assigned as necessary.
