Introduction
The Assistant Partnership Coordinator provides direct support to the Partnership Coordinator and Partnership Controller for 150+ partnerships within the Ambulatory Surgery Division (ASD). This position will manage, review, categorize and electronically file all partner transactions and related documents for 250+ transactions every quarter. In addition, this position will also assist the Partnership Controller to compile data for Medicare reporting.

Job Summary and Qualifications
- Review all incoming partner purchase, sell and transfer of ownership documents for accuracy and completeness, and correspond with Center Administrators and VPOs to request any missing items needed to complete the partner documents.
- Maintain the excel Transaction File to record daily receipt of partner documents, checks, and status of each transaction as it moves through the internal workflow system. Research bottlenecks within the workflow system to determine resolutions.
- Log all incoming cash receipts for deposit to treasury and verify check name matches the recorded ownership and the check amount matches the partner’s purchase transaction form.
- Manage the receipt of all EFT payment forms, review forms for accuracy. Responsible for verifying the ownership name on the EFT matches the internal ownership records on file. Correspond with Center Administrators to discuss missing information or incorrect ownership names.
- Scan all partnership documents, partner documents and distribution documents for electronic storage
- Run data scripts/queries to pull data electronically for Medicare reporting. Review ownership records to create full records of owners to be reported on each Center’s Medicare application.
- Support Partnership Coordinator and Partnership Controller with internal audit requests and K1 partner tax preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned
