Payroll Administrator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client in Chino, CA.

Pay Rate: $22/hr

ONSITE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Daily Time Sheet Review Service
• Ensure there is no overlap in time
• Separate RT and OT as needed PO Receiving for Service and Install
• Review and verify all information on purchase orders for Installation and Service departments, vendor #, part #, GL coding, and amounts
• Update weekly labor hours for Union reports
• Transfer labor hours from payroll reports into union reports, verify labor hours match Upload billing docs
• Based on customer requirements save billing documentation onto shared drive and upload based onto 3rd party portals
• Filing all Service invoices, by customer
