Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residence
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with client’s personal care activities
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
- Collect routine specimens
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills and Requirements
- Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate
- First Aid training
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.

All PCA Openings:
Andover: (1) 1:30pm-9:30pm various days, (2) Fri.-Sun. (9am-7pm)
Anoka: four openings 1.75-5hrs/day
Blaine: (1) 5.75 hrs/day (2) 7hrs day (3-4 days a week)
Coon Rapids: (1) 6hrs/day (mon.-thurs.), (2) 2 hrs evening, (3) 3.5hrs/day
Crystal: 5h/d (12pm-5pm)
Forest Lake: 1 day a week 6-7 hrs (homemaking)
Ham Lake: (1) 8-10hrs M-F (2) 4-5hrs/wk homemaking
Lino Lakes: 3.5 hrs/day
Oak Grove: 5 hrs/day (e/o Sat, Sunday)
Ramsey: 5hrs/day
Stacy: (every day of week): 7am-5pm and 9pm-7am
Salary
$13 - $14 per hour
