We are looking for a Phoenix based regional advertising sales manager to make take this successful business model to the next level. We have renewals ready to contact immediately. xtra money, earn Free tickets to family attractions and events, and have fun building the local Family Guide the Valley of the Sun.

Corporate does all the production, provides data base of prospects, manages email marketing campaigns through our partnership with Constant Contact and the customer service. Opportunity to advance to the role of National Sales Director overseeing all advertising sales, managing, hiring and training a regional sales team and scaling this successful business model.

PhoenixKids.com is part of America's Family Network, a nationwide network of 440 local online family guides and 3,000+ Parent Influencers providing online marketing and customized social media campaigns for family oriented attractions, events, products and services. We launched this platform in Colorado 20 years ago with a network of local family guides (ColoradoKids.com, DenverKids.com, BoulderKids.com,++) and based on the continued success began duplicating this model in markets nationwide. The network has traction with over 5 Million Parents (85% of our audience is moms) visiting the network last month with a team of over 3,000 professional bloggers who have an incredible reach of over 24 Million Facebook Fans +++.

Requirements
*Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of sales experience, be highly disciplined and have an exceptionally strong work ethic. Internet experience is a strong plus! We want ambitious, driven individuals with strong business development skills/ideas. Excellent oral communication skills. Planning and time management organization skills. Computer literacy and knowledge of computer software.
