About the Position:

We are seeking Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team! You will complete field visits in one of the following DFW areas listed below:

• Arlington/Fort Worth/Grand Prairie/Tarrant (DPT)
• Carrollton/Lewisville/N. Dallas (DPT or PTA)
• Irving/HEB area (DPT or PTA)

*This is a part-time position that can build to a full-time opportunity!

Your Role:

• Complete Physical Therapy Evaluations using standardized tests (DPT only)
• Schedule/complete field visits in assigned caseload territory
• Develop treatment plans according to evaluation results (DPT only)
• Provide home program activities for patient and caregivers
• Complete assigned patient visits according to plan of care
• Adhere to agency timelines for successful completion of all paperwork as needed
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as needed (DPT only)

COMPENSATION RATE: visit rate dependent upon experience

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Asst. Texas License

• Current CPR certification

• Personal Texas auto liability insurance

• A passion to treat and care for our pediatric population!
