EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• BS/BA in Accounting or related BS/BA degree with equivalent experience. MBA/CMA is a plus
• 3+ Years experience in a similar role, managerial role in finance or accounting for a manufacturing company

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Ensure maintenance of accurate and complete financial records, in compliance with both legal requirements and US GAAP standards
• Lead the effort of establishing, monitoring, and enforcing an effective internal controls environment. Develop and take necessary actions to support the parent company’s SOX compliance effort. Coordinate the quarterly and year-end reviews with the auditors
• Meet corporate financial reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure accuracy of cost records. Support North America annual standards cost roll and ad hoc adjustments to standards during the year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
